Hi everyone, nice to be back after having been offline for a while :)
Ok this is a very interesting subject to myself and have had many discussions about this subject. Well like Chewy I am also an avid coffee drinker, I guess i consume about 9 - 12 mugs of coffee a day but I drink fresh coffee rather than the freeze dried type which in itself is as "coffee" as it gets, Now because I dont drink tea that makes things a little probmatic in the fact that I had no proper fluid intake as such, However my theory is this.. if our bodies are 2.3 make up of water then somehow we need to get that water back in, But anything thats added to water I.E juice, tea, coffee etc.. is no longer water so in effect our bodies are not actually getting pure replacemant.
I do however echo chewys sentiments on the Tea debate,
I have found a solution to my problem though and that is that I buy bottled water from Asda and I must admit I do notice a difference in my overall health in a positive way.
I will leave you with this theory though. If we consume beverage with water + something added how does our bodies decide which is water for our blood and which is something not water, interesting thought :)
