Amy Winehouse

Don't have much to say about her music as I think at most I've heard 2 songs, and even they've been just a couple of times. I'm not sure I should share my opinion regarding her death though as I think I may get..........a bit of a dodgy reaction from people because of my views on it.

She wasnt to my taste either stevvy, And as sad as it is that such a young life has been wasted nobody forced the drink and drugs into her system, Life to me is about personal choice and we have to live (or not in some cases) with the consequences, just as an example i was brought up in an area that was rife with drugs, i am glad to say despite that i have never taken drugs and i have to say never would either, the reasons for that are very simple i used the word NO !!!!!!!

i am sick to the back teeth of people who whinge at celebritys dying .... why do they get mourned over by the whole country .....people we all have family and friends that have died yet they dont need 15 mins ov fame .....this woman got what she deserved she was told last year to cut drink n drugs out or she would die ...i bet she wished she had listed to the doctors now dont you...our soilders and service men serve and protect us do they not? do they get the attension they desrve no so i have no sympathy for this woman as she was super rich and just pleased herself what she did .....if she had cared about any of her family she would not have carried on drinking and drugging would she. anyway im off to bury me dad today ..maybe thats y this has upset me a bit but no offence ment xxx

Noel, you are in my and Rasmus's prayers and i can't agree with you more. Of course, it is sad when someone is dying and it is not my personal right to judge here or to say what is what and who is who. My views will be almost if not identical to what Stevvy might be feeling, but people live for the others and not for their own sick pleasures. But what i find necessary to say is that when you are famous, you think that you have tons of people around you, but in reality you have no one around you and you are ignored and left alone. She probably made her choice as it is not really life she led. Death is always death in the end. :(

Amy allthough talented chose to take drugs and booze, this might not have contributed to her death and we will have to wait and see, the people of Norway did not choose to die but nobody has mentioned this sad event, death on this scale is both sad and shocking, we can all remember Amy but lets not forget the tragic events in Norway.

Oh... and i thought that i just could not find the topic about Norway... :( The events in Norway are truly horrible and i wish i knew who and what really stands behind it. Good thing is that the amount of victims decreased from what i could hear and understand (see the news). There are too many questions and the answers might never be given, ever. You have to know Norway and it's people to understand all the depth of the tragedy. It would be naive to think or say that there is a safe country and that such thing could not happen in Norway. It can happen anywhere and any day, but what hurts me the most is that there hardly will be a ban or change of laws for the small arms sale and that everyone thought that Muslim people were to blame...

And coming back to Amy Winehouse, nobody really knows what caused her death, but one thing is for sure is that she was alone and abandoned.
