Hey Noel - heart attacks aren't fun are they? Great idea Silly. Seems quite alot of members are smokers I think it would be a great idea if Magic could organise some sort of forum where all of you who want to give up could keep a diary and help each other. Please don't all wait until a health wake up call makes you stop and think. I never thought it would happen to me but it did. I had an operation last Friday under local anaesthetic on one of my legs to insert a stent into a blockage so that I can walk without quite so much pain. It was a success I'm pleased to say so now the dog has to keep up with me!!!! Come on Magic give everybody some help and encouragement!!!!

as a x smoker i thought i would share with you what my heart doctor shares with me everytime i go to clinic.these are before and after pictures of your lungs,which set would you prefer.this picture show your blocked arteries and i dare say there are worse examples of smokers lungs and the consequences just wanted to share these with you smokers ,im not bleating because im an x smoker ,its in your own interest to stop smoking ,
