My sister Karen ( Crazyeyes )

It was two weeks ago today i popped round to see karen for a coffee. We laughed and joked as we always do, she told me off because i put sugar in her tea, and were sitting on the sofa drinking.

Suddenly, without warning, she was sick and started to go into a Fit.

I rushed her by car to the emergency department of the hospital and had to carry her from the car through the A&E doors.

She was quickly taken in and again went into fit. She was then taken for an emergency Brain Scan.

The doctors came back, took me and Tracey to a side room where we were told She had multiple brain Tumours!!! 9 Tumours to be precise

The tumours had spread from her previously treated breast cancer and are untreatable.

From gloucester Hospital she was then transferred to Cheltenham hospital on a specialist cancer ward. While there she underwent 5 sessions of radio therapy ( to reduce the size of the tumours and reduce pressure on the brain )

COnsidering there is nothing more that can be done, Karen was allowed to go home to spend her final time on this earth with her children.

I have been by her side throughout all of this and will continue to do so untill the end.

Karen has two children, and her wishes are they come to live with us. I will do all in my power to ensure her wishes are honoured.

Yesterday, 21st Jan was Karens birthday. She had the best birthday anyone could ever wish for. We decorated her house completely with banners and balloons, and went to a pub in the early evening with a lot of her closest freinds. Karen, myself and Tracey all wore silly wigs throughout the whole day and we have some fantastic pictures. Karen Cried when i gave her my card and present, and i feel honoured to have such a wonderful woman as my sister. Shes My twin.

I havent know her long, but our time together has been fantastic and she will be in my heart and thoughts until my own dying day.

Finally, i would like to thank Tracey for understanding my need to be with Karen throughout this difficult time, She has been my rock.

This has just been a message to let you know what is currently happening.

Day by day, Karen becomes weaker, more tired and a little more wobbly on her feet.

Please say a prayer for Karen.
