    Default The Big Freeze

    They're forecasting -7 or lower tonight. How are you all managing to keep warm? I freeze all day but can you believe I still have my bedroom window open at night because of all the mid-life hot flushes!!!! LOL!!!! The water in the glass next to my bed (which doesn't yet contain false teeth!!) almost freezes over. Actually I'm fine all morning while I do the housework but when I sit down at lunch time for a sandwich I get really cold so then it's time to wrap up really well and take the dog for a walk. By the time I get back indoors the house feels warm and I am ready to get going with chores again. I think one of the secrets for keeping warm is to keep the circulation going.
