well its just about time of the year again you happy people.
i wish every one of you a very merry chritmas and a happy new year.
but when your sat tucking into your christmas turkey and christmas pudding with brandy sauce
take a moment to think of your loved ones maybe no longer with you ,do you ever stop to think of them?
i do .do you think of the less fortunate that are homeless. wandering the streets, maybe not as much as it used to be but i can vouch from personel experience that it still goes on.spare a thought ,sit and think what christmas means to you.
again merry christmas and a happy new year ...

Its all the simple things we take for granted, and there are plenty of people around that wont be having fun.

Appreciate what you have here and now, because you never know how long it will last.

Of course i think of the loved ones who are no longer with me!.
First christmas without my Dad and 3rd one without my Mum.

I'm so lucky I shall be celebrating with my family and my 87 year old mum but as Chewy says we have to make the most of what we have got for the moment - none of us know what tomorrow will bring. Well said Noel - if I was on my own I think I would be helping the Salvation Army feeding the homeless or doing something voluntarily to help those less fortunate than myself. Christmas always makes me feel very fortunate but I always have a prayer for the people who aren't as fortunate as I am. I remember when our daughter was alot younger she wrote a letter to Father Christmas asking for quite a few things but finished up by saying she would be happy with anything because she knew that some children would have nothing. I was very proud of my only child being so caring and thoughtful about others. I would like to wish you all a very merry Christmas with your loved ones and here's to a New Year's Resolution for blogging and posting at chatanplay.com!!!! Have a great time everybody. You can all start blogging on 2nd January to tell us all about your festive holiday!!!!

Merry Christmas everybody.

I must admit that I try not to think too much about the people that I am missing because I want Christmas to be a cheerful day.

I do sometimes think about the less fortunate though especially when I hear the song Do they know it is Christmas time which is one of my favourite.
