why is it that you sneeze with ur eyes open?

Wow, You can sneeze with your eyes open ? An there was me thinking that was impossible lol

if you don't blink when you sneeze, your eyes will fly out of your head. Thankfully, as is often the case with urban legends, this theory is a load of hooey. During a sneeze, the impulses that travel through your face cause your eyelids to blink. This response is entirely automatic. There's nothing you can do about it. Sneezing puts a lot of pressure on your head and respiratory system, so blinking is probably a protective mechanism.
The point is that all of these responses (the abdominal contraction, the sharp burst of air out of your lungs, the general lunging movement) are intertwined. When you sneeze, you can't do one without the other.

Actually, as large as a bird may appear, there's not much to them. First off, when you actually see one two feet away, they're much, much smaller than they appear in a tree or on a wire. It's an optical illusion. Take their feathers off and they're even much more tiny. A lot of what you visually see is feathers. And then.....most of the inside of a bird is lungs, actually. For their size they are huge with lungs, and there isn't much material to a lung.

So........what little bit of material is there dries out and shrivels very quickly and is biodegraded quickly. Plus.....other birds will eat a lot of it quickly often. It's a fast process for something that is really pretty small.
Also, if a bird is sick and flopping around on the ground, it will be scarfed up by a predator bird pretty quickly often. So......they disappear that way pretty fast before you ever see them dead.

And also when birds are run over you do see them but they are as flat as the road and only some feathers and red stuff surrounds it

matbe you don't see many dead birds 'cos they're eaten by such things as magpies & crows, cats, urban foxes etc.
