Help please

Hi SSPC. I had that problem some time back. Switched on one day and all my points disappeared. Keep your fingers crossed. Mario very kindly donated some of his points to me so that I was up and running again. I'm quite sure under the circumstances one of the members with trillions of points will do the same for you. They're a pretty generous bunch on this site!!! Good luck.
