There are several ways to add pictures, depending if you have them on your pc or that you want to add one that is on a different site.

If you have it on your pc you can add them by adding an attachment. When you look down when posting you will see some additional options. One of them is titled attach files and contains the message Valid file extensions: bmp doc gif jpe jpeg jpg pdf png psd txt zip. The picture will end up like a thumb nail.

When you press manage attachments you can upload a file from your pc by browsing to the part where the file is located. Also from a url but for that you can also do it like this:

Go the a picture on a site and right click on it. Copy the location of the picture. Go back to your post and choose the insert image icon above (left of the balloon, looks like a mountain with a sun). Paste the location of the picture there.

To be sure the picture is added you can preview your post. Have fun

Or if you dont want it as an attachment use fotobucket or tinypic.com upload your picture there and you get a link to add to message boards its called an img code paste it in the message box it will look something like this

[IMG] http://address of the site/01.jpg [/IMG]

which makes the pic look something like this
