Depends on your definition of brought back. Do you mean brought back as in the original shows from the 80's/90's repeated (eg Big Break as you mentioned) or new versions of the shows (eg Gladiators)?
This is a discussion on What shows would you like back on tv??? within the Grafiti Board forums, part of the General Rants category; Just watched the first show of Big Break tonight on Challenge tv....... omg such a funny show................... what other shows ...

I don't know - maybe both
New versions are generally garbage, and are only made because they reckon they can make some money because they were good shows in the first place, so I wouldn't go for that (eg I watched 1 episode of the Sky version of Gladiators, and after half an episode, switched off and didn't watch again). Repeating old hsows though I agree with. Big Break definitely (and thannkfully is getting repeated now). Fun House I saw a few weeks ago, early Saturday and Sunday mornings I think, but they may have changed that now, also Finders Keepers (with Neil Buchanan from Art Attack). I'd also like to see 15 to 1 repeated (it was a few months ago, albeit at about 3am). Blockbusters has been shown for a while and that's good, erm.........can't think what else off the top of my head.
I would just love to see re-runs of the Generation Game with Bruce Forsyth in his prime. It used to make me laugh so much and Saturday night in the pub was always spent with my friends reliving the whole programme. Who remembers the Potters Wheel?
is it just the quizessfirefox take your pick, play your cards with brucy i watch the chalenge channel every day i see their taking bockbusters back in march it won,t be the samei don't know who will b presenting it though it won't be the same without bob holnes he was brilliant rip bob xxi like the old versions of the quizes it's not the same with new people taking over![]()
Oh I remembered another one. Going For Gold, with Henry Kelly.
I've been watching all the repeats of blockbusters. They were rather good.
And oh ... blankety blank, remember that? Didn't they win a pen or something totally useless and daft.
It was a Blankety Blank Cheque Book and Pen!!!! Brilliant quiz show. I think Terry Wogan was the original compere (he was so funny), then Les Dawson and finally Lily Savage.
