Peter Falk Peter Falk as died at the age of 83, I am not sure about everyone else but this to me is the end of an era, those who grew up in the 70's and 80's will easily remember Columbo, although predictable they were still entertaining and i know they featured in my house so i guess they were as much as part of my growing up as was ice cream. R.I.P Peter born 16 September 1927; died 23 June, 2011

Re: Peter Falk I really liked Peter Falk and totally enjoyed Columbo. He was a good actor and funny at times in other movie roles.. I certainly hope they continue to show the series for a long time. Mr. Falk will be well remembered, especially for his rumpled trench coat, that made him famous.
