My Mum was 90 in February. She will be invited to lunch for Mother's Day. Usually my hubby and daughter cook lunch so I pick my Mum up after Church and then we go to the cemeteries for her Mum and my Dad's Mum. It's a special day. We only have one Mum - nobody can replace her.

so true bib ! bought my mum some pjamas as sainsburys had there sale on clothes when we went shopping last week and she was gonna buy them so i said ill get em for mothers day seems as u dont wont for anything lol ....being a mum is one of the hardest jobs in the world but its bloomin worth it for me anyway :))

I'd imagine we'll just go for a meal somewhere as usual. Never really got her anything for Mothers Day to be honest, other than a card.

Well, my mum is on this site so I can't say much, but I dont think I can actually spend Mothers day with her since im away for the weekend with my youth club... unless I can see her afterwards (if its the holidays that is) :/

i never had a mother to wish happy mothers day but my own children are very good to me as bib said it should be every day not just on mothers day they take me out every mothers day for a meal ,and also buy me flowers and chocolates i also get presents from the g/sons, they treat me like a queen i am very lucky with the family i've got thier, are so many mothers out there are not so lucky as me, happy mothers day to all mothers day when it comes

Well it wasnt long coming round its mothersday this sunday i hope you all got it sorted now .My mum died when i was 17 so ill be taking flowers to the church and remembering everything she done for me
