i want Murray to win and i really hope he does :) He deserves it and he is a great and talented player. Nadal just lost most of his strength before Australian Open during the previous tournament (trying to play the best he can!) and it was not so wise before Grand Slam and no wonder he got a trauma. As to whether Rafa left not wishing to lose, he is the only one that knows for certain.
And Scotland is a part of United Kingdom, Noel :) I had to draw the map few days ago for school's assignment. And Scotland is a great part of your country, the part to be proud of. It is like the body with hands and feet, eyes and ears. Each part is important, totally different, has its own meaning, but belongs to one integral part.

Cheeky aren't I
Noel, this thread is about the winner of a tennis tournament, and not meant to lead into a racist debate.
Who cares if hes Scottish or not! He represents The United Kingdom, Period.
And I for one hope he does well, even though i bet against him ;)
not being racist at all

I'll sort this once and for all. It doesn't matter whether he's Scottish, British, or whatever, he's from this collection of countries (easiest way to put it without people arguing). Also it doesn't matter Noel if you think Murray beat Nadal or not, or whether he would have done or not, because that's absolutely irrelevant, as he went through, regardless of how it was done. The record books will show he's in the final, winner or not, and that's all that people will care about in 10 years time, whether he wins the final or not.
Congratulations to those who bet on Roger Federer. More bets coming soon.
