now as you or should do by now , my kids are all grown up if thats wot you call it.
having just spent best part of 100 quid on each of them for this n that ,it annoys me that they dont even give you a thankyou , they just take for granted that cos your the parent it doesnt need to be said ,any others here get the same treatment from there offspring

i dont yet as reanne is only 2 but i know people who do, there kids get loads and dont even say thanks mum, thanks dad, they just expect it,

drives me mad, i just hope reanne will grow up and not take things i do for her for granted

doesnt matter how old you are we all take things and people for granted. i get all the usual comments from my tribe, you are tight, thats not fair, oh for god sake, i aint doing it, but dont we all forget our manners sometimes. kids dont get easier as they get older its just the problems or things they want are different.

i know that feeling about kids not respecting the things we do for them as parents 3 out of my 4 children don't think they get enough out of me lol luckily my eldest child doesn't care what he gets as he is happy with whatever he gets.

i am hoping as my others get abit older they will start realizing that money isn't everything and that we don't have money just to throw around for the things they want and when they do get something they will have the common respect to use there manners and say thank you for the things they do recieve from us

I know the feeling well Sarah.......... Nikelle doesnt say please she doesnt get........ and if shes given n doesnt say thanksyou then it goes away til she learns to say thanks...........
even i she screams at me til shes blue in the face........... with the I want I want...... her new phrase i dont want it i need it mum.............. She now needs a pink bike with butterflies on and a matching one for mikes little girl as well
