Yes, most definitely. It costs enough and if we aren't happy with what we're paying for we usually say so. Actually it pays off because you often get a complementary bottle of wine. Now don't all go trying it to get the wine!!!! We really only complain if we have good cause - i.e. you can't cut your steak because it's just too tough but it's cost you over a tenner!!
