This last weekend Bill my fella put his boat the sir lancelot in at a boat show to be judged for the northern championships.. it was a tough competition for him usually there is three catagories per section to be judged on he entered the navel catagory which he wont in blackpool oct 2007 for best navel built ship he walked away with two trophies for his model boat build.. anyway this weekend as i said it was harder coz they limited the catagories.. but yet again he walked away with the best navel ...

I got myself sorted out went to docs he told me my thyroid was none exsistant but my body was somehow producing thyroixine on its own instead of a constent stream of the hormone flowing through my body just a little trickle.... he didnt understand what was producing the thyroxine in my body and said it was extremely rare... 3 yrs ago i had radio active iodine to kill off my thyroid.. but been stubborn i dint wanna take tabs for rest of my life... i thought see how my body does without the tablets ...

At 12:57 last night/ early hours this morning we had an earth quake, while i was in a pm with a friend whos birthday it was the whole house shook, it scared the pants off me... our house is subsiding slightly not enough to warrent an under pin as yet.. but it scared me enough to make me run downstairs and turn on the news... i left my friend in pm ooooops bad me but an earth quake is a good enough reason i think lol...

anyway the news say its lincolnshire that was the epi center ...
