Moving on to 1973 we moved to a bigger house nearer to nana lol .
Dad wasn’t working away as much so he got to know how much of a hand full we were
Cos mum would tell him every night he came home.
Mum didn’t work in them days , she was mum looking after us ….along with nana , who we saw every day of the week , nana would spoil us rotten bringing us a penny mix every day … sixpence at the weekends.
Around this time we had an addition to the family another brother ,if your counting that’s 4 so far lol.
Well the house was chaos , mum and nana trying to look after 3 kids and a baby , dad was made redundant round about this time as well , and things got mad .
Dad would go down the job center each day looking for work , he would take the 2 eldest boys with him and boy oh boy we walked both ways it was an adventure to start with but after a few weeks we got to moaning . awww dad do we have to lol. And we did
