Absolutely fed up with these Aura Migraines and I think "touch wood" that I've finally got rid of it ... only plenty of sleep and resting my eyes and these wonderful cheap (lol) head patches helped. Seems like its been an eternity, but I have finally been allowed to go back to work. After several Meetings with Occupational Health and Doctors, I've been given the OK ( subject to review ) I've been through the Blues, been up, been down, but feel that finally, I can get some routine back in my life.
