Lost 1/2 stone in 2 months - slow but progress nevertheless. Eat off a smaller plate, exercise more - I do gym for an hour once a week, walk the dog briskly every day and spend at least 45 mins on the wii each day. If you love cheese - DON'T EAT IT!!!! That for me is the most difficult. Good luck and try to lose weight with a friend. Two friends and I are doing this together (it's cheaper than weightwatchers, slimming world, etc) the competition is what gives you the encouragement. Let us all know how you get on. If there are enough of us trying to do this we should send in a weigh in result each week - anyone else up for it?
