    just an update on my health ,some of you know about my heart problems ect ect , well been to the top man today ,he says ,my hearts strong enuff now ,so i am able to a gastric bypass now,
    just gotta wait 4 it happening now ,but good news lol

    Noel - I'm so pleased to hear your news. Thumbs up and all the best of luck. Stay positive. I've also got heart problems , I do my best to keep fit but keeping the weight off is such a problem. My metabolic rate is so slow. I eat so healthily and so little but still I put on weight. I wish you the best of luck with it all. It will make such a difference to your whole life.
