As the cost of food still seems to be soaring each week I thought I would reintroduce this post to see if any of the new members have any ideas for economical eating!

i tend to buy in bulk lol..... well if i can afford to, but i am making all home made stuff due to being on the slimming world diet :) so i find this is cheaper as i can freeze what i dont eat
our pad, 2 adults, 2 kids and 2 cats, mrs little cagey bout what she gets but it still over 100 a week. she leaves the monthly stuff like cleaning, washing power and stuff till i get paid and I end up coughing up a good £150 for that week.
Tis not good. I love to have a nice peice of steak here and and there with all the trimmings but..........................
As we all know, all the cheap food is the bad food like burgers and stuff, as we all know we are all getting fatter and obise (including vast amount of kids) As we all know the goverment are telling us our kids are fat. As we all know cost of everything is going up, As we all know we arn't getting the payrises which enable us to eat me healthy and be more active like having proper holidays coz we having to pay high bills.
I'm sure you catch my drift. Tis a neat little circle aint it!
And I think that little circle will soon become a very big one. I just can't believe how much the price of food rises each week. I try to buy less but always seem to end up spending more.
